Folk Art Fibers: Rockford, Illinois, United States; I am a Midwest fiber artist. Throughout my life I have had so much inspiration for my work, especially from my family. I love working with wool, socks, cloth, burlap, and whatever other natural or man-made fibers I can get my hands on! I am married to the best guy in the universe, and we have four wonderful children. My life forever changed many years ago when I became a Christian. I am a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. Now, make no mistake....I am not perfect, just forgiven. I tend to view my life as a work in progress. Sometimes I've got it all together, other times I am stumbling through. What's so cool is that God loves me no matter what! No matter what life may bring, in the big scheme of things I am truly blessed, and without Him I am truly nothing! May I stand before my Lord and King one day, not having done this life in vain!
